Shipping & Delivery Policy – Element Me

At Element Me, we are committed to delivering your kitchenware and household appliances safely and efficiently across the UAE.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to major cities and residential areas in the UAE including:

  • Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah
  • Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah

Note: Remote areas such as Western Abu Dhabi or mountainous regions may require extra delivery time or additional charges.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: AED 15–20 for orders below AED 200
  • Free Shipping: Orders above AED 200 within UAE
  • Cash on Delivery: Additional AED 10 service fee

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
  • Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates: 2–3 business days
  • Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

Order Cut-off: Orders before 2:00 PM GST are processed the same day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and courier link to monitor delivery status.

5. Delivery Process

  • ID Verification: Courier may request Emirates ID for high-value orders.
  • Scheduling: Courier may contact you via phone or WhatsApp.
  • Unattended Delivery: After three failed attempts, the order returns to our warehouse and redelivery fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Refuse delivery if packaging is visibly damaged.
  • Report missing/damaged items within 24 hours with photos.

Cancellation & Modification Policy – Element Me

We aim to process orders quickly but understand that changes may be required.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once handed to the courier.
  • Refunds: Processed within 7–14 business days.

2. Order Modification

  • Timing: Requests must be made within 2 hours of order placement.
  • Address Changes: Allowed within the same emirate.
  • Product Changes: Price difference must be paid or refunded.

3. Statutory Right of Cancellation

  • Item out of stock
  • Pricing or description error
  • Fraud detection flag
  • Delivery outside service zone

4. Non-Cancellable Items

  • Customized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Final sale items
