Returns

You may return your item within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged as received.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Products marked as final sale or deemed non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Alternatively, you may opt for store credit or a coupon (with your consent).
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

Shipping

If your return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item), Element will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from an error or defect on our side.
